The Upper Ohio Valley IPA (Individual Practice Association) is an organization ofmedcon physicians founded in 1979 to  provide a network of medical specialties to managed care organizations. Certified HIT Product List (CHPL) provides a comprehensive listing of Complete EHRs and EHR Modules that have been tested and certified under the Temporary Certification Program maintained by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). Each Complete EHR and EHR Module listed below has been certified by an Authorized Testing and Certification Body (ATCB) and reported to ONC. Certified products are identified with the name of the certifying ATCB, the ONC certification number, vendor information, product information, and product version number. Please note that only the product versions included on the CHPL are certified EHR products under the ONC Temporary Certification Program. The CHPL is a snapshot of the current list of certified products, this list is updated frequently as newly certified products are reported to ONC. Click here to see the entire list of certified EHR Products.

Services

The IPA has a new service available to providers. They have added certified coder, Wendy Dobson, CPC to their staff to help physician offices with any coding issues.  Wendy has 20 years experience with coding and billing issues.  She is a graduate of Belmont Technical College with an Associates degree in Medical Assisting and became a Certified Professional Coder in 2004. Wendy is available for any office requesting help with coding issues as well as reviewing physician fee schedules.
